THE BLUES Brothers are coming to town when Sweet Home Chicago ? the Respect Tour play at the Broxbourne Civic Hall.

Soul singers Eddy Stacey and Pete Tobit take the roles played by Dan Ackroyd and John Belushi in the 1980 film, capturing the manic energy of characters Jake and Elwood Blues for the local audience.

They are backed by the six members of the Bullet Blues Band, one of whom is the former keyboard player for the Kinks, Ian Gibbons.

Stacey, Tobit and their band will perform all the hits from the film, including Sweet Home Chicago, Soul Man, Everybody Needs Somebody, Midnight Hour, and the rocking Rawhide.

The group invite the audience to join in, so if you ever fancied yourself as a Blues Brother but haven't had the chance, make sure you are one of those at the Broxbourne Civic Hall in High Street, Hoddesdon on Sunday November 19.

For a ticket, visit one of the council's one stop shops, the Civic Hall itself, or call the box office on 01992 441946.
