The heat was on in the London final of the Curry Chef Competition in which homegrown talent Rokib Ullah used his culinary skills to spice up the judges' lives.
After much stiff competition Harrow's champion, 38-year-old Rokib, who works in the Jaflong Restaurant, Northolt Road, South Harrow, was only just beaten into second place.
The regional 'heated' final was held on Wednesday last week at the Asian and Oriental School of Catering at Hackney Community College.
