I enjoyed the Mitcham and Morden Carnival, even though the weather was inclement.
As I stood there watching the floats go by, there was something missing and that was flags.
I and all kids love waving flags. Surely we could have a fund for a flag for next years Mitcham and Morden Carnival in June, 2002.
I for one will order five four for taking abroad with me to friends in America and one to keep as a momento.
If there is a Mitcham Carnival flag fund I will donate £50. Flag waving is good therapy.
