ENFIELD'S young golf prodigy Polly Willett (left) headed across the Atlantic on Sunday to begin her four-year course at the University of North Carolina Greensborough.
The 18-year-old will have access to world-class facilities as she seeks to improve her game and will play matches for the golf team at famous courses such as Pinehurst, Myrtle Beach and 1991 Ryder Cup venue Kiawah Island.
Polly recently won the Middlesex Junior Championship as well as the English Ladies under-18 strokeplay at Stoneham GC in Southampton.
