As a dog owner I cannot understand why other dog owners do not clean up after their pets.
By the evidence I see in the streets of Tooting and on the common, I would go as far as to say 90 per cent of these so-called animal lovers are not only lazy but ignorant when are they going to learn that they, as well as other people who leave rubbish around the streets, help a great deal in the increase of the rat population, Oh yes, rats eat dog excrement as well. So clean up after your pet even if it is on the road.
People still have to get out of their cars, not like the person who said it was alright to let your dog use the road to him Id say you are wrong, unless of course he doesnt mind seeing rats roaming our streets.
