GREENWICH parents and children were able to experience their futures at a council-organised fun day.
The one-day festival was organised by Greenwich Education Action Zone (EAZ) to demonstrate how deprived areas of Eltham and Kidbrooke have been regenerated over the last 10 years.
Children could enjoy activities aimed at giving them the best start in life.
Among the different stalls were Charlton Athletic Football in the Community and a special stall where visitors could see the latest in computing and information technology.
Director of Greenwich EAZ Patrick White said: "This is the second year we invited Eltham and Kidbrooke residents to see the work being done. We hope it will show the amount of work going on to ensure Greenwich children get the best start in life.
