ARTWORK added a splash of colour to the daily routine at an exhibition last week in Orpington.
Vibrant oils, acrylics, pastels, water colours and sculptures were exhibited by the Orpington Sketch Club at the Priory, in Church Hill.
Most of the 148 exhibits were on sale and around 20 were sold on the first day.
Artists contributing the best paintings were awarded prizes. Don Cranefield won the Hook Award for the best landscape, while Kay Barton received the Pallet Award for the best interior painting.
If you missed the exhibition, the club is planning another one at Bromley Library next May.
