Wandsworth has another group of Charter Mark winners, including a school, a council department and an employment office.
Charter Marks are given to reward excellence in the public sector and last for three years. Winning organisations must satisfy criteria including good customer service and consistent high standards.
The Employment Service, in Falcon Road, Battersea, helps bring employers and employees together and has won the award at its first attempt.
Roehampton's Heathmere Primary School and Wandsworth Council's leisure and amenity department have both had their charter marks renewed.
The leisure and amenity department provides 24 services ranging from refuse collection, libraries and cemeteries to playgrounds, community centres, markets and parks.
It has won the charter mark four times.
