BOYS will be dressed as girls in La Cage Aux Folles at the Kenneth More Theatre tonight.
Redbridge Musical Guild will present this Jerry Herman play, set around a nightclub full of drag queens.
The club owner's 'wife', Albin, is the top drag act. Their lifestyle becomes a problem when the club owner's son plans to marry the daughter of an anti-gay politician.
It was made into a film called The Birdcage, starring Robin Williams.
The play runs from tonight to Saturday, at the Kenneth More Theatre, Oakfield Road, Ilford.
Performances are at 7.45pm with a Saturday matinee at 3pm. Tickets are £9.75, £7 for the matinee. To book, call 8553 4466.
