Barnet and District AC, having achieved a clean sweep in the Chingford League Cross-Country meeting, gave a repeat in the league's 5km road race.
Barnet not only took the honours again in all the team competitions, but also provided two new names as individual winners. Andy Kelleher scored his first victory in determined fashion, in 16mins 3secs, with previous winner Keith Turner two seconds behind, and Dave Candy sixth (16mins 20secs).
The other scorers for the A team were world 800m vets champion Dave Wilcock (12th 16mins 39secs); Richard Gamble (13th 16mins 43secs) and ever-reliable Des Michael (19th 17mins 12secs).
For the ladies, Helen Hoyle, Karen Murphy, Kath Woods and Leigh Harvey were first, second, fifth and sixth, for an unbeatable team total.
