Purley Walcountians 7 bt Fareham 1
Purley Walcountians produced a quality performance on Saturday and in doing so brushed aside Fareham to move joint top of the South League Premier Division A.
It was Australian man of the match Lachlan Fincher who opened the scoring within the first 10 minutes of the game.
Endless pressure on the Fareham D saw PW's extend their lead within five minutes. Again Fincher was the scorer.
Slick work by Nick Champness gave Mark Justice an open goal to shoot at to send the home team into half-time with a commanding lead.
Fincher scored first in the second half to complete his hat-trick before further goals to Champness, Nick Hayes and Damian Hallett rounded out a convincing Purley victory.
