PUPILS at Bromley High School got into the groove with a chance to listen to and play jazz.
Jazz FM brought a Jazzworks workshop to the Blackbrook Lane school for 60 GCSE and A-level students. The youngsters spent the day listening to, playing and dancing to jazz, and an informal performance was held in the evening to showcase their new-found skills.
Director of music Kathryn Ridgeway said: "It's exciting to get live music into the school, then students can really experience jazz.
"This is a new thing for us and I'm pleased we've been able to do it."
