THIS tiny fellow survived a trip from the tropical West Indies to nippy North Cray.
He is a banana tree frog and was found last week by a supermarket worker in North Cray who was unpacking a crate of bananas.
The tiny brown frog, which is less than an inch long, had a cut on his nose, so she took him to Park Vets in Foots Cray.
Luckily veterinary nurse Daniel Venness used to keep tropical frogs and brought in his equipment to keep the frog warm until it could join two other tree frogs at Drusilla's Zoo in East Sussex.
