The late Dr Benjamin Spock, America's leading authority on child care, spoke out against feeding cow's milk to children, saying it can cause anemia, allergies and insulin-dependent diabetes.
Dr Klapper, another American authority, states that when his patients come in with rheumatoid arthritis or asthma the first thing he does is ask them to take dairy products from their diet. He is repeatedly surprised how quickly so many of the symptoms resolve.
The above evidence suggests taking dairy products can lead to long-term problems and should be avoided where possible!
