AFTER all the bad reports people hear about Whipps Cross University Hospital, perhaps you would like to hear some good reports.
I had to attend day surgery for a gall bladder removal operation at the Plane Tree Centre.
I arrived at 7.30am, was called in at 7.40am and taken to the ward, seen by a nurse, had various tests, was examined by the anaesthetist, a doctor, and the surgeon (all very thoroughly) and taken down for the operation, all within an hour.
I was discharged at 7.30pm the same day. The treatment and care I was shown during my stay was first class. Full marks to the nurses and doctors. The ward was clean and tidy, and the toilets spotless.
I cannot give enough praise to a very efficient part of Whipps Cross University Hospital.
