SECONDARY school pupils in Bromley celebrated their largest ever fundraising drive when they handed a £3,500 cheque to two Millwall players.
Footballers Neil Harris and Mark Phillips visited Ravens Wood school, Oakley Road, to hand the funds to the Teenage Cancer Trust, which sets up specialist units for teenagers with cancer and related diseases in NHS hospitals.
Pupils organised a social evening with music for sixth form students, a "collect your coppers" campaign, a business enterprise event and a non-uniform day to raise the cash.
Striker Harris recently recovered from testicular cancer, while Phillips is an ex-pupil of the school.
