Putney and Roehampton and East Merton and Furzedown Primary Care Groups are each to receive a £75,000 to lift staff levels.
The funding is part of £15 million being spent across the UK and £236,000 will be spent in Merton, Sutton and Wandsworth.
The funding will pay for extra staff in the expanding primary care workforce.
