Hundreds of people from all over Kingston and Richmond poured into the streets surrounding the boroughs war memorials to observe the annual two-minute silence on Sunday.
Leader of Kingston Council, Councillor Kevin Davis, was joined by top police officers and Kingston MP Edward Davey for the Kingston service.
