Balham Rotary Club has donated its ornate President's Chair to Wandsworth Museum to give visitors a taste of what a Victorian judge's chair would have been like.
The museum is housed in the old Surrey County Courthouse building and youngsters have already enjoyed sitting in the chair and pretending to be the judge.
Members of the club visited the chair in its new home last week.
