CAT lovers in Crystal Palace are being advised by the RSPCA to take advantage of a free neutering scheme.
The Crystal Palace RSPCA is offering the service to cat owners on low incomes, in an attempt to limit the recent breeding increase in the area.
RSPCA spokesman Rosemary Hosking said: "Every day we are picking up unwanted pregnant cats and kittens which have been turned out of their homes because their owners can't cope.
"I urge residents to take advantage of this special offer and get their cats neutered."
