EXPERTS will be on the move around the county to provide advice and answer queries on faulty goods, bad service or any other consumer concern.
Surrey County Council's Trading Standards' mobile advice centre is touring Surrey to make sure residents know their rights by featuring a wide variety of themed displays to draw attention to consumer topics.
The current focus is internet shopping and staff will be on hand to reveal the kinds of problems consumers encounter.
Each focus aims to educate the general public on their rights and expectations, and is accompanied by a questionnaire with a £50 voucher prize.
The roadshow will be open from 9.30am to 3pm at the following sites to give advice and answer questions:
Egham High Street on December 11, January 22, February 19 and March 19, Sainsbury's in Staines on February 2 and March 1 and Homebase in Walton-on-Thames on December 6, January 17, February 14 and March 3.
