EIGHT millennium babies celebrated their first birthday in style on Saturday afternoon when their mums threw a big birthday bash.
More than 70 guests joined one-year-olds Zachary, Harry, Jack, Raffy, Millie, Amy and Lara, all born between November and December 2000, to celebrate their big day.
The party, held at the Celbic Hall, Lancaster Road, Enfield, was organised by the tots' mothers, who all met during antenatal classes at Chase Farm Hospital.
To mark the occasion the guests were treated to a special birthday poem, which was read aloud by each proud mum, who had written a few lines about their child.
The mums, who also wore T-shirts displaying the name of their child, presented the birthday babies with a huge cake before a big sing-song.
Kate Chambers, mother of Zachary, said: "We all had a really good day. We had put a lot of effort into the party and everybody enjoyed themselves."
