ABOUT 200 people have so far joined the campaign to save the Sir James Hawkey Hall from closure.
A petition was handed in to Redbridge Council's full council meeting by cllr Richard Hoskins on Thursday.
Mr Hoskins said that he was continuing to receive completed petition forms, and said that all support for the campaign was still welcome.
