AGE CONCERN Lewisham will be helping elderly residents find out how much they can save on energy bills this winter.
The Energy Day will be held from 10.30am to 1.30pm in Lewisham Civic Centre on December 4.
Residents are asked to take an old gas or electricity bill with them so potential savings can be calculated.
The trading arm of the charity, Age Concern Enterprises, has joined with Powergen to provide an energy package which includes; energy efficient light bulbs, a kettle and a hypothermia thermometer, which helps stop people getting too cold and developing hypothermia.
For more details, call 020 8695 0895, or call in to the Age Concern office, at 20 Brownhill Road, Catford.
