The funeral was due to take place today of five-month-old Liam Moriarty killed when a fire swept through his grandparents' Friern Barnet pub.
Liam was sleeping in a first floor bedroom of the Alexandra Arms in Cromwell Road on Monday last week as a wake took place below, when the blaze broke out.
His mother, Kim, tried to rescue him from the room but was beaten back by the flames. Firefighters believe the blaze broke out when clothes were left too close to a heater. Liam will be buried at New Southgate Cemetery and Crematorium in Brunswick Park Road at 1.45pm.
