MAJOR traffic delays and diversions are expected as a result of emergency gas repairs being carried out in Greenwich.
The work will centre around Romney Road, near the junction with King William Walk, and could take another two weeks to complete.
Restrictions and diversions are being considered in an attempt to keep traffic moving and may include a one way system in Creek Road, between Norman Road and Greenwich Church Street. The 286 and 386 buses will stop at Park Row, near the National Maritime Museum, and will not serve the town centre.
