STEPHEN Clemence looks set to give Glenn Hoddle a selection headache by returning to training ahead of schedule after a serious knee injury.
Clemence limped off at Blackburn in August with medial knee ligament damage, but he is now expected to be in action by Christmas.
Thus giving Hoddle the nice problem of having to chose between the likes of Darren Anderton, Simon Davies, Gus Poyet, Steffen Freund and Oyvind Leonhardsen, who is also currently on his way back from injury.
