CHILDREN from all over Bexley have been learning how to spot and deal with everyday dangers.
Junior Citizen is an annual event organised by Police Constable Danny Beavan from the youth and community service at Bexleyheath Police Station and held at Danson youth centre, Bexleyheath.
Bus and train companies, Transco and BT, are among those taking part.
Ten and 11-year-olds are taught about the dangers of rail lines, how to safely help someone who has fallen through ice-covered water, how to make a 999 call, how to deal with strangers who may be dangerous and safety around buses.
