FAIR ENOUGH: Abbeyfield Dene Holm Residential Home is inviting festive bargain hunters to its Christmas fair on Saturday, December 1. Stalls will include a tombola, gifts and cards and there will be a raffle. Get along to the fair at the home in Dene Holm Road, Northfleet, from 2pm.
GHOST TALES: Gravesend Library is holding an evening of ghostly tales on December 3 at 7pm. The night is the final evening in a string of events celebrating 80 years of the library. The reading will be by Christopher Bull. Tickets cost £2. Call 01474 365 600.
YOUTH ACTIVITY: Northfleet Youth Centre runs activities five nights a week, from radio-controlled car racing to DJing and video-making. The Kent County Council centre, in Hall Road, also organises Duke of Edinburgh Award schemes. Call 01474 351451.
