Erith and Belvedere boss Mike Acland is looking to avenge his side's Kent Senior Cup exit last month, when the Deres take on Welling United in the FA Umbro Trophy on Saturda at Park View Road.
Welling United won in a dramatic penalty shoot-out last month after the two sides were level after extra-time.
Acland said: "We gave them a scare last time, although they may have taken us too
lightly. It should be an exciting game."
Meanwhile, the Deres agonisingly lost 3-2 at Hastings Town in the Dr Martens Eastenr League on Saturday, conceding a goal in the 11th minute of injury time!
At the time, Hastings were down to 10 men after they had used all three substitutes and striker Danny Simmonds was stretchered off injured.
Late on in the game, the Deres lost both strikers Darren Adams and and Steve White who had to come off injured.
Hastings took the lead through Adam Flanagan in the 18th minute after the Deres failed to clear a corner.
Glen Billenness forced Hastings' keeper Dave King into a save with a fine header and in the Deres' next attack Adams equalised.
The Deres went 2-1 in front on 56 minutes, when Billiness was brought down in the box and Adams sent King the wrong way from the spot kick.
In the 69th minute, Hastings substitute Zananh Langry volleyed home to make it 2-2 and 11 minutes into injury time, he headed a dramatic winner.
