A new scheme in Croydon could help residents to reduce fuel bills by up to a quarter.

Croydon and its neighbouring south London boroughs, have won £200,000 from the Energy Saving Trust, as part of their HECAction Awards aimed at helping people make their homes more energy efficient and cutting carbon dioxide emissions, which will reduce the effects of global warming.
