I'm about to make myself very unpopular with my neighbours, but as all they are going to do for the next 10 years is carry on moaning about Heathrow Airport, I don't care.
What the campaigners refuse to accept is that we live in the 21st Century.
Business has to prosper so that we can all have jobs, feed our families, run a car, pay the mortgage and perhaps even go on holiday.
The government had no choice but to approve Terminal 5.
We must support our businesses so that our businesses can support us.
I only moved to the area 18 months ago and when I did I was fully aware that there was an airport just around the corner.
The same is true for a large number of the people who are my neighbours.
I have some sympathy for those who have been here for longer than the airport but as for the rest, shut up or move away.
