After taking the lead with a third-minute Tim McAuliffe try, Finchley were punished for their lack of discipline which gave Harlequins Amateurs the initiative and easy scoring opportunities.
From then on Finchley rarely saw the ball and despite a try by Nick Burman Quins went well clear.
