Children at a Wimbledon
primary have been taught
to box clever by taking up
the chance of making other youngsters happy this Christmas.
Decorated boxes for children throughout Eastern Europe are being filled by pupils at Wimbledon Chase Primary School as part of the charity Samaritans Purses project, Operation Christmas Child.
Year 4 co-ordinator Lisa Jackson said: I think its good for children to realise how fortunate they are and think of other people.
Its broadening their views on things really.
