Football legend Ron Chopper Harris proved he can tackle more than just his opponents by lending a hand to charity this week.
The former captain of Chelsea Football Club presented Born Too Soon with nearly £2,000 raised by staff at the Malden Manor Public House on Tuesday, November 27.
Staff at the pub in Manor Drive North have been fund raising for the charity for the past year.
Sister Monica Yonge, from Born Too Soon, received the cheque from the Chelsea hard man.
Born Too Soon works with premature children and offers advice and help to their parents.
