Kristin Taunton opened the scoring in the seventh minute, but it took until the 60th minute for the second goal to come a reverse-stick chip from the top of the circle from Karen Roberts.
Mary Clarke followed this with a well-executed goal in the 66th minute.

On Sunday, Spencer 1s lost 5-2 to Gore Court in round two of the EHA Vase. Amanda Potgeiter and Claire Kelly hit the target.
Goals from Nat Taylor Jo Rivers, Sarah Buxton and Tamsin Ribbons gave Spencer 2s a 4-1 home win over Kenley 1s in Division 2A, while Wimbledon 3s beat Oxted 3-2 in Division 3A thanks to goals from Cathy Port, Lynda Brown and Liz Perfect.

NPL-Lensbury 1s crashed to their heaviest defeat of the season in Middlesex League Division One 7-0 to Mill Hill while the club's second and third teams lost 1-0 to Hendon 4s and 6-0 to Sunbury 3s respectively in Division Three.
