Three members of the Gravesend Road Runners took part in the Thaney 10-mile road-race on Sunday.
Graham Melose, having his race race for two months due to injury, was first of the club members home when clocking 68mins 23secs, followed Matt Dixon in 69:40 and Ceila Poke, who clocked a personal best of 99:30.
The club, which is always keen to attract new members of all ages and abilities, meets on Tuesday nights from 7pm at the AEI-Henley Sports Club, in Dunkirk Road, Garvesend.

The nearby Istead & Ifield Harriers Club fielded five runners with Peter Burton their first runner home in 70:17.
He was followed by Richard Storr (74:30); Rob Carter (76:15), Mel Moore (77:00) and Mike Hand in 78:00.
