Harrow took full advantage of near perfect running conditions to take first place in the 24th London Heathrow Youth Games Cross-Country Championships.
More than 1,450 runners took part in the meeting from 27 of London's 33 boroughs.
Harrow, with a team total of 50 points, pushed Ealing into second place with Barnet and Havering coming in joint third.
Brent finished in a creditable 21st place with 22 points.
Jenny Bradley, public affairs director of BAA Heathrow, said: "Well done to everyone who took part in the event. It was wonderful to see such dedication. The Cross- Country Championships goes from strength to strength."
