Your reader Mark Adam's letter (News Shopper, November 14) regarding graffiti kids expressing themselves, is he totally mad?
Let's get this straight once and for all. Graffiti is a crime. It is a criminal offence. You will be arrested and charged if found causing damage to property.
Neglected brains Mr Adams says.
These idiots have no brains or the ones they have are going to get scrambled from breathing in the toxic fumes from the spray paint.
This is how serious the matter is police can get the ones which are caught to blow their nose to reveal the colour of the paint for evidence.
This is a serious and dangerous crime don't you think?
So Mr Adams, perhaps if these little darlings are needing to express themselves and you are willing to listen and 'give them an ear' as you put it, open your front gate and let them spray your house.
You can also talk and listen at the same time.
Let's not get art mixed up with this crime, which came from America, and get it off our streets now.
If you see this crime taking place report it.
If you are a parent and you think your child is involved then start asking questions now, before they develop lung damage!
