OVER 150 people from all walks of life joined in a celebratory tea party at the town hall yesterday.
Exactly 100 years after the borough's landmark was opened by Ilford District chairman Cllr Ben Bailey, Mayor Alan Weinberg was cutting a cake to mark the centenary of the town hall.
Representatives from Redbridge's voluntary groups, business community, religious groups and other community organisations, attended the event.
