HAVING gone top of the Printwize East Premier A league last week, you would have thought Crostyx would have been up for this game against Colchester, a side that they always struggle against.
Yet it was to be the same as previous years, with Colchester taking the lead from a short corner, having been under pressure from Crostyx.
It was not until late in the second half that James Duck equalised for the Woodford-based side after another period of attacking with the goal once again coming from a penalty corner.
Unfortunately this sparked added effort from Colchester and some sloppy defending saw them score a further two late goals.
This disappointing performance from Crostyx saw them slip back to third place as Harlston and Bishop's Stortford both won at the weekend.
Though a top of the table clash this Saturday between Crostyx and Bishop's Stortford could change things.
