Police are this week hunting two robbers who made off with £350 cash from a petrol station in South Croydon this weekend.
The two men had been waiting outside the Total garage on Brighton Road in a white Ford mini van a few minutes before they burst into the premises at 8.15am on Sunday morning (December 2).
The first suspect, a white man, grabbed the 46-year-old male shop assistant from behind and wrestled him to the floor while the second, a black man, raided the till.
Anyone with information should contact PC Stewart at the South Norwood robbery squad on 020 8768 1212.
