The 93 bus will now run 24 hours a day as part of a package of improvements in the area.
The bus, which travels from Putney to North Cheam via Wimbledon and Morden, will run every 30 minutes throughout the night. Daytime services will also increase in frequency.
Other changes are planned to improve buses in the Merton area. There will be more frequent services on routes 154, 157 and 163, while all buses on route 151 will run to Worcester Park to improve links with St Helier Hospital.
The 152 will be re-routed to Pollards Hill via Holborn Way, London Road, Locks Lane and Eastfields Road, and the 201 will be extended from Mitcham to Morden station via London Road, Morden Road and Morden Hall Road.
The S1 will be extended via Carshalton Road, Commonside West, Upper Green East and London Road.
