IDEAS on what youngsters can do once the festive season is over have been suggested by Redbridge Council's leisure services.
A series of after-school sports coaching courses has already been set up from mid January for 10 weeks.
Basketball will take place every Monday from January 14 at Seven Kings High School from 6pm to 7pm for six to nine-year-olds, and from 7pm to 8pm for 10 to 14 year olds.
Cricket will take place every Wednesday from January 16 at Valentines High School, Ilford, between 5.45pm to 7.15pm for eight to 12-year-olds.
