A MULTI-storey car park site in Orpington could become a new social centre, or even a new housing complex.
The Station Road building will soon be advertised for development proposals.
Bromley Council is set to advertise the site, and will invite developers to submit "expressions of interest" for a mixture of uses.
These could include leisure, retail and residential options.
Councillors will be producing a shortlist of preferred developers in January who will be invited to submit detailed proposals.
Once a developer is selected, planning permission will then be applied for and residents will have the opportunity to comment on proposals for the site.
Anyone who would like to make informal comment about possible redevelopment should write to Rita Westlotorn, Planning Policy, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley BR1 3UH.
