Hundreds of people are expected to attend a Christmas celebration led by a popular gospel choir next week.
The community initiative organised by the New Wine Church, in Woolwich is called the Night of Joy.
The main attraction is the New Wine Choir, whose rich, black gospel music thrilled an overflowing audience at last year's event.
Senior pastor Dr Tayo Adeyemi said: "We expect the adults and children who will come from within and outside our community to have a truly unforgettable evening."
New Wine Church is also holding a Candlelight Christmas Eve Service from 9.30pm to midnight and a Christmas Day Service from 9am to 10am.
