Bromley Athletic Club's Lizzie Fox was a double winenr at the West Kent Schools' Cross-Country Championships held at Goddington Park, when representing Langley Park in the girls Year 7 category.
She won the individual event, in which fast-improing Nicola Pollard was sixth, and teamed-up with Harriet Carr to winnthe team prize.
In the boys Year 7 race, Damien Powell of Hayes School and Bromely AC, was fourth, while Kate Murray recovered her form to win the girls Year 8/9 race which helped Bromley High achieve second behind Bullers Wood in the team event, whose squad included club-mate Faye Scanlon.
Sprinter Alex Worley came third in the boys Year 10/11 cross-country race, demonstrating the combination of Ravenswood School, and Bromley AC coaching is paying off.
Meanwhile, Lauren Underwood and Faye Scanlon represented the Brmley borough very successfully in the annual Youth Games event at Parliament Hill Fields.
