'Twas the night before Christmas Eve, when all through High Wycombe, not a clubber stayed in because they were all at Time Nightclub.
Poetic license or not, yew'll be waxing lyrical on Sunday, December 23, because the nightclub will be opening its doors to some of the hottest, funkiest names from the dance scene until 2am.
Christmas will be coming early to the area with names including Andrez from Damage, Artful Dodger and Swerve from Kiss 100 radio station.
A percentage of the night's funds will be for the NSPCC and the Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy Charity which are Luminar Leisure's associated charities so if you want to contribute why not come along?
Top of the bill is Andrez from R&B group Damage. He will be performing on the turntables from 9pm until 10pm. There are rumours some of the other members of the band may be joining him.
Damage are currently riding the charts with an intoxicating version of the Earth, Wind & Fire smooth classic, After The Love Has Gone.
They've also been proving why they were nominated at the MOBO awards for Best UK Act and Best R&B Act this year as they are presently touring with Gabrielle nationally.
Joining Andrez on the decks will be Mark Hill of Artful Dodger. Mark and his ex-mixing partner, Pete Devereux, are known as leaders of the UK Garage scene the accessible London club groove that combines contemporary R&B with house music's thump and grind. The pair had a hit in 1999 with Craig David and Re-Rewind and since then have had four top ten hits and sold more than 2 million singles.
They split amicably this year and Mark has been carrying on his mixing skills and enjoying the success of a new entry this week at Number 20 in the charts with It Ain't Enough.
Playing the smoothest blend of street soul and R&B will be Swerve from Kiss 100. Swerve is at the moment the official tour DJ for the queen's of the UK two-step Garage scene, Mis-Teeq. If you haven't heard Swerve play listen to him every Tuesday night from 10pm on Kiss 100.
