Croydon sea cadet Aaron Green was among a party of cadets who came back to the United Kingdom on the largest ship in the Royal Navy Fleet.
The group joined HMS Ocean by Chinook helicopter at Gibraltar and were special guests on board for the journey back to her base port of Devonport in Plymouth. Aaron, who is 13 years old, belongs to Mitcham sea cadet unit, said: "This is my first time on a ship at sea and it was great. I would like to join the Royal Navy and be a Harrier Pilot."
During his four days on board Aaron had a full tour of the ship and saw the ship's company from the commanding Officer down to Junior Rates at work.
