Police are appealing for witnesses after a boy was indecently assaulted in Upper Norwood on Thursday, December 6.
At about 5.50pm, the suspect, described as black, male, and about 14-years-old, approached the boy and threatened to use a knife before leading him down an alleyway near the junction with Dale Park Road and Spa Hill, where the attack took place.
A police spokesman said: "This was a particularly nasty attack, and when the boy screamed the suspect threatened to kill him, before making off back down the alleyway and towards the Dale Park Road and Spa Hill junction."
